The Fringe Element is a public access TV show produced in association with Comcast Cable Channel 27, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2007 and 2008. Intended for late-night, it was conceived as a kind of send-up of what might generally be found by surfing the channels on late night public access TV, from the serious to the absurd. Like "Wayne's World" it is a home-produced show, but unlike Wayne's, it really was home produced on a zero budget. This series was broadcast several times over the years.
